If I could come up with one word to describe you, you would think I was a sage. Why? Because no one can come up with just one word to describe YOU. You love interior design & fashion. You are looking for a fun way to make extra money and still have time to spend with your friends and family.
You wear a lot of hats. You have days when you are killing it at this whole wife, mom, fashionista, businesswoman thing, while rocking your wedges and #LikeABoss t-shirt. Then you have those days when the demands of your family, work, and personal life have exhausted you so much, that “me time” is nonexistent. Some days you are sure about yourself, your ideas, your parenting style, other days, not so much.
Your Strengths: You are smart, wise, helpful, kind, talented, entrepreneurial, and giving (probably to a fault).
Your Weakness: You believe that you need to be perfect at everything, so you are pretty hard on yourself.
If you can relate to any of this, grab a cup of tea and let’s hang out for a bit; I am sure you and I are going to become close friends!
My design & style philosophy:
The key to interior design & fashion styling are to remember that the design is only amazing when the desired emotion is achieved. Great design evokes great emotion. When a designer or stylist disregards the emotional impact that design & style have on a person, they are overlooking what makes a person, human. We feel things, sense things, hope for things. Great design is meant to be inspiring, motivating, and welcoming.
Some of you are here because you want to learn more about design & style, and I am so glad you are here! I hope you get inspired and invigorated to make some awesome changes to your house, your wardrobe, and to your future!
Others of you are here because you have decided it’s time to start using your design & style skills to make the world a more beautiful place, all while generating extra income!
I have spent years listening to you, my friends, and random people at the grocery store, talk about how busy they are, how they don’t like their jobs, and how they wish there was a way for them to do something they loved while working from home.
As a result, I have tweaked, polished, and refined something that I am so excited to share with you! What if I told you that you could take your passion for interior design, fashion & style, and turn it into a way to bring in extra income? What if I had tools that made it possible for you to have your dream job and work from home? Have you ever watched a design show on HGTV and thought, I would love to do something like that! Well, you finally can.
Why Working From Home as an Interior Designer & Stylist Sounds Fun. . .
- You LOVE interior design & style
- You get geeked out about helping other people
- You want the freedom to manage your own schedule
- You want to pursue something you love doing
- You hate commuting to work
- You want more time with your family
Why You Haven’t Started. . .
- You don’t have credentials or didn’t study this in school
- You don’t have time to go to design school
- Design school on average costs $25k!
- You aren’t sure if you have what it takes
- You don’t know where to start
- You think you are too old, too young, or too inexperienced
This is exactly why I have customized Interior Design & Style courses! These classes vary in levels of expertise and are design school quality, without the design school price! My goal in offering these courses is to empower you to do what you love, in the comfort of your own home. I believe that there is an entrepreneur inside of all of us, but YOU are here because you are ready to overcome self-doubt, insecurities, and finally give yourself permission to be beautiful and to make things beautiful.
Maybe You Are Like Me. . .
I used to believe that in order to do something worth-while, something that really helped people, I needed to volunteer at a homeless shelter, work with intercity kids, go on a mission’s trip, and give money to a great cause. These are all great things, and I have actually done all of those things, but doing something great to help the world doesn’t mean I can’t also do what I love; or use my design & style talents. I thought I was shallow for wanting to make things pretty, and for wanting to look pretty. For years I hid my design and style talents, I even shied away from talking about them.
Then it dawned on me, my creativity is God-like, and a gift from Him. He makes everything beautiful, so why shouldn’t I? By creating beautiful homes & styling beautiful people, I am simply using the gifts and talents He gave me.
After years of interior design and style clients, I realized another thing, style & design aren’t just meant to make things pretty; they help facilitate smiles, confidence, and love. I help design homes for people who want to create beautiful memories with the ones they love. Interior design is about customizing a space and making it feel like home. I work with clients who just moved states after the loss of their spouse, relocated for their spouse’s work, or who want to build their dream home to begin their retirement. I style business professionals who want to be taken seriously, and who want to finally see themselves as the beauties that they are.
Making things pretty, and bringing out the beauty in women, is not shallow, it is an awesome opportunity. It’s the impetus that most people need to jump start their career, family, and life goals. It’s amazing what you feel like you can accomplish when you look great and when your home feels like a sanctuary.
But Perhaps You. . .
- Don’t know the first thing about design or style.
- Think that you don’t have time right now to take a class.
- Don’t know what you are passionate about.
- Think that interior design & style changes will cost you a ton of money.
I have totally been there, but the great news is, that everyone has to start somewhere, all I am suggesting is that you start here, and start now.
Regardless of where you are in your beauty journey, you want a home you can feel proud of, and you want to feel pretty, confident, and respected.
You know down deep inside that you are creative, you just haven’t found a profit-generating outlet that allows you to express your creativity.
You are ready to try something; you have looked around for work-from-home options, but they just all seemed boring.
You have been looking for a way to turn your hobby into something that can make you money.
If any of these sound like you, you are in the right place!
How Do I Know the Interior Design & Style Classes are Right For You?
Because I know you. I have been in your shoes. And I know that when you want something as badly as I did, you will seek out the leaders who are killing it, then do everything you can to learn from them, both their successes and their failures. Because investing in your talents, your creativity, your passions, and your future is always a step in the right direction. Growing, maturing, and perfecting your skills and talents will never be a bad return on your investment.
You are unique and you bring your own sense of style to everything you do, and the truth is that others need your sense of style to positively influence their lives!

Hey there! I’m Lindsey Graves, the head interior designer & fashion stylist of this fun company.
A bit about me. . .
I was the girl who was obsessed with my glue gun, pink tool set, and craft projects in jr. high while all the other girls were dating guys. When I was in high school, I asked my parents to build me a workbench in my bedroom so I could redesign furniture and clothes.
I was an athlete in college, so I thought I needed to dress like one, that was until my first fashion style lesson. That lesson not only helped my fashion sense, but was got me started helping other women appreciate their body type and wear clothes that flattered their figures.
Just two years after college I landed the biggest interior design opportunity of my life. One day, the CEO of the company I worked for noticed that I was fashionably dressed and said, “You are good with fashion, do you also know about interior design?” I told him that I did, and he said, “Follow me.” As we walked down the hallway, he briefed me on a meeting he was having regarding a $50 million dollar building project, and how he hated the ideas that the interior design team pitched him. He asked me to sit in the meeting and listen to their pitch. After watching the presentation, the CEO looked at me and asked me for my feedback, so I gave it. Then after a long pause (it seemed like minutes), he said, “I like her thoughts and she is now in charge of this team. This meeting won’t be over until Lindsey loves all the designs for this building.” Then he stood up and left the room. I was shocked. All eyes were on me, so I quickly regained my composure and we got to work. Two weeks later, I was given another incredible design opportunity for a similar building project, this time, I was the design team.
The crazy thing was, it didn’t seem that crazy.
It felt like I was born to do this stuff. I stayed up late sketching rooms designs, drawing layouts, and I never seemed to get tired. Whereas before, doing my normal desk job, I never had this much energy.
That’s when it hit me. I knew I needed to make some changes to my career path, but how?
You can’t just quit your job without having something else lined up, that’s just not responsible. So I started saving money, working on design projects on the side, testing my abilities, working with new clients, and overcoming new challenges. And to my excitement, I still loved it!
Shortly after that, I opened my interior design & organizational company. Within three months of opening my doors, I had a three-month waitlist of clients who wanted to work with me. I couldn’t believe it! I had no time to market myself or blog about what I was doing, but I didn’t need to; all my new customers were referred by my clients.
Amidst all the shopping trips and renovations, something dawned on me. What I was experiencing was not normal. Most businesses would kill for these kinds of referrals, and the fact that the new clients would wait three months for me to work on their home… that’s unheard of! What an honor. I was so humbled and blessed, and soaking in every moment!
That was more than fourteen years ago. Today, in addition to working directly with a few clients that I have grandfathered in, I am devoting my time to investing in future design and style entrepreneurs. I am helping them find their passion, grow their abilities, and enabling them to have a successful business doing what they love.
I would love to be your business coach, design mentor, and style guru. I want to help you, whether you want to launch your creative business, or just help you (and your home) look and feel amazing! I can’t tell you how blessed I am to be part of so many wonderful transformations.
