I don’t make a habit of eating food that doesn’t taste good and I always seem to crave the things on the “Junk Food” list. A lot of people think that eating healthy means you eat things that taste gross… but it doesn’t have to!
This recipe may not change your life, but it will make you feel healthy the next time you crave pancakes!
Here is the infamous recipe that you will come to love: Protein Pancakes
12 egg whites
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups oats
In a blender, blend oats until they look like the consistency of dry pancake mix. Once oats are ground, add in egg whites and cottage cheese and blend until all ingredients are well mixed.
Pour pancake batter into a hot pan/griddle, serve and enjoy!
*Makes about 10-12 medium sized pancakes.
